Trogir
Trogir is a beautiful World Heritage old town and the perfect place to embark on a Croatian sailing holiday. Spend your first evening exploring the town’s many tunnel like walkways and dine in one of the many Croatian restaurants throughout the town.Primosten
Famous for its huge and beautiful vineyards (of which a picture is hung in the UN in New York) Primosten is a charming town to visit. Once just a fishing village that was known by sailors a ‘dry point’ its come along way through the years, each little stone house and narrow road are a piece of history. There are great restaurants and some lively local bars to visit, if feeling adventurous why not head to Aurora which is Croatia’s largest nightclub! To while away a day why not head to Primosten’s beach Raduča, which is one the 10 most beautiful beaches in Croatia.Skradin
Skradin resonates with history which makes it a great place to visit on your sailing holiday. When arriving into Skradin you will do so by the way of the natural phenomenon and National Park the River Krka. On approach to Skradin you’ll pass by the ancient Roman aqueduct that was built for the ancient Scardona, certainly a sight to behold. There are many peaceful beaches nearby, where your only companion may be a swan or two! If you’ve worked up at appetite (being chased by the swans!) there are enough restaurants with local fish dishes to delight your taste buds, washed down with locally produced white wine…Rogoznica
Rogoznica is a fisherman’s village, where everyday you can enjoy locally caught fish in an atmospheric restaurant. The town throbs with history with the medieval architecture, the town church and nestled amongst them are white stone houses. Surrounded by thick pine forests shielding it from prying eyes there is a magical air about Rogoznica. There is a long coastal path for those who want to stretch their legs. When visiting Rogoznica it’s worthwhile heading to the Dragon’s Eye salt lake with its limestone rocks and lush vegetation.Komiza
Komiza is located on the western side of Vis below the 600m high mountain Hum. A typical Mediterranean village with narrow roads and houses clustered around the harbour and its beautiful beaches to visit, you can’t really go wrong. It also boasts the only Fisherman’s museum in Croatia, as the locals are very proud of their fishing history. As well as being a dab hand at fishing, wine production is now one of the main ‘hobbies’ of the village now.Hvar
Known as one of the most beautiful towns on the Croatian coast, Hvar lies at the foot of steep cliffs, dominated by an old fortress overlooking its historic buildings. As for nightlife, you will find some of the best bars and clubs on the Dalmatian coast in the fantastic ambience of the town of Hvar.- Make an Enquiry
