It is essential that you are adequately insured when you travel and, therefore, we have arranged an insurance scheme through Towergate Chase Parkinson (part of the Towergate Underwriting Group Limited) underwritten by AXA Insurance UK plc available only to clients booking holidays detailed within this brochure. Towergate Chase Parkinson and AXA Insurance UK plc are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

Your premium should be forwarded to us with your sailing holiday deposit in order to ensure that you are protected by the coverage under the holiday cancellation section of the insurance.

The full terms, conditions and exclusion clauses are incorporated within the sailing insurance document which alone constitutes the contract of insurance between you, the holidaymaker, and the Insurers. In the event of a dispute as to the interpretation of the terms and conditions of this sailing insurance the terms and conditions of the sailing insurance document alone shall prevail. Shown here are brief details only. The sailing insurance document will be sent to you with your confirmation of booking. Without it you may not be covered. Of course, you may inspect the sailing insurance document at our offices or a copy will be sent to you on request.

Demands and Needs

This insurance policy will suit the Demands and Needs of an individual, or group (where applicable) who have no excluded pre-existing medical conditions, are travelling in countries included with the policy terms and who wish to insure themselves against unforeseen events details in the cover section below (see link).  Subject to the terms, conditions and maximum specified claim limits.

When requesting travel insurance from Sailing Holidays Ltd ( trading as BareboatSailingHolidays.com) you must do this in a direct email, and not just via the booking form or via phone. The booking form is for re-confirming an existing request only. Insurance only becomes valid once you have been charged for it.
